One of Terean’s tenants was a very quiet and polite woman, Yolanda.
During the first month of her tenancy, when the Internet went down, Yolanda asked Terean what had happened and received thel throw away excuses.
In the second month, Terean was angry at her other tenant. To fix her, Terean locked off the router and went out. She decided there would be no Internet for 48 hours.
When she returned, six hours later, she made a lot of noise expecting to be asked about the Internet.
She wasn’t.
Wondering why there had been no reaction, Terean switched on the router for two hours. Then shut it off.
She moved around in the front of the apartments making noise. Expecting someone to ask.
No one said anything to her.
Terean, annoyed at the lack of attention began to wonder if she hadn’t explained the ‘reason’ the Internet was unavailable so well that her tenants didn’t think to ask again.
