Some people know everything. Or think they do. They speak in an authoritarian voice so that others believe they know what they are talking about.
They know nothing.
You ever find yourself overhearing a conversation between folks who have no idea what they are talking about? They go and on, inventing and misinterpreting and you are just dying to say; “NO!”
But you say nothing.
You say nothing because either they can’t bear any light into their darkness, are too dumb to understand, you don’t want them to know you hear them, or whatever other reason.
You probably have tried in the past to stop people from going off the deep end to no avail.
Either they attack you for interfering, ignore you, or counter what you have to say with more dribble.
After a few attempts you just stop and if you are Jamaica you’ll think; “When faight di tawk, lite you pipe”, which means, when fools talk, sit back and relax.
