The marriage between Mae and Max got stronger after the birth of their son.
Mae, as a stay at home Mom, was there all the time. Max made certain to spend as much time as he could with his family.
Weekends were adventures as was the summer vacation, holidays.
Mae and Max went to all the P.T.A. meetings and school functions and made Joey know he was loved and important.
Joey did well in school, went to college, got a job,, married and had his own children.. He taught them, as he was taught, nothing was more important than family.
