Insults are the only area in which the Board excelled. Instead of speaking to Mrs. Lopez, Elvis March dictated a letter and had Ann South deliver it.
The letter demanded that the parents drop the students at the gate, and they enter via the walk way.
Although it seemed simple enough, and had been done before, the main issue was the fact that no one from the Board spoke directly to Mrs. Lopez.
Further, the quality of person who sent their child to the school was such that they would park in front of the drive way, or on the road as they believed in their superiority so blocking traffic meant nothing to them
