The school, (which ran illegally from the large house towards the rear of the property) was causing difficulty.
The parents of the students would fill the parking area, driving in and out, causing the cheap electronic door to be swinging back and forth all day.
This caused the gate to break.
This meant that the gate had to be left open until a repairman arrived.
The repairman arrived, the gate was fixed. Back into constant service, broke again.
The Board couldn’t understand what was happening. When Ann South was questioned all she could indicate was the school.
