Being one of many ‘assistant managers’ of the supermarket, Mellisa had moments of complete frustration.

One customer often pushed the little door, entered, took what she wanted and paid for it at another cashier.
When the cameras were installed, on more than one occasion, that customer was seen and Mellisa was appointed to speak to her.
