Karen marched into Mr. Henry;s office. She was not about to listen to excuses or lies. She was the most qualified person, and should have been given the promotion.
“I need to talk to you!” she shouted at her boss.
Sitting at his desk, engaged in discussion with others he glared at Karen, “I’ll deal with you shortly…” he said calmly, trying to turn back to his group when Karen burst:.
“No. You’ll deal with me now!”
The employees Mr Henry had been in a meeting with, glanced from Karen to Henry, not sure if they should leave or stay.
“You want me to deal with you now?” Henry asked.
“Yes.”
“Fine. What is it?” He demanded.
