Very often, when hired by business One I will go to their competitor as a customer. I will see the strengths and weaknesses so know what needs to be done or not done.
Take Pharmacy 1. A person asks to speak to a Pharmacist. An annoyed person approaches. asks what? This is not promising. A question is asked, batted away.
Pharmacy 2. Same person asks to speak to a Pharmacist, a helpful person appears, gives the advice.
Obviously, Pharmacy 2 is superior.
If you can’t afford to hire someone to do this kind of hands on, do it yourself. Send some strange face to check the customer service at a competitor and then at your business.
If you are Pharmacy 1; well change has got to come.
