Rest After All-Day Workout

I woke up early as usual, but I felt tired, a little sore, and my muscles felt stiff. After I ate breakfast, I decided to skip the gym today to rest my body and sit in the jacuzzi. I might even swim in the pool. It is a good idea because I like changing my workout on a daily basis to change up the monotonous boring routine anyway, regardless of the reasons behind it. 

I noticed Yoworld is celebrating 13 years.

I think I will make a cup of Matcha Green Tea.
