My November Fresh Start

Thursday, 11.7.19

Yesterday, I went to Sprouts for my weekly groceries, and I noticed interesting items I needed. I found some infused coffee I wanted to try out because it has collagen, biotin, cinnamon, and vitamins, such as manganese, potassium, folate, and some sodium. It is supposed to be good for hair, skin, and nails. And, since I am getting older, I need to make changes in my life because my body is changing. It contains B7 and B9, as well as antioxidants and other vitamins that fight against free-radical damage. This gourmet coffee’s beans comes from Brazil and Mexico.

Since I was out of my multivitamin, I bought another vegan brand. I also bought a magazine on Keto diet. I would like to try it out for health purposes, even though I am healthy. I am just preparing for older age issues.

But I gravitated towards the snack and salad bars. I have always liked browsing through these, and picking certain snacks and/or salad combos. So, I got a little bit of certain snacks I felt like eating, as well as I customized my own takeout salad for my lunch. I also got some takeout small cups of two vegetarian soups. I also bought my own greens to make my own salad combo. So, this week will be my salad and soup week.

Then, I returned home to put everything in its place, before I drove to the Spectrum Center to check out another Improv Show. The comedians were average this time. Last month’s show was funny because I liked the comedian Andrew Norelli.

I returned home at 10 pm, very tired and ready for bed. But I enjoyed the cool autumn weather and winter mall decor of ice skating rink, holiday decorations, and outdoor firepits. These seasonal changes are so refreshing, revitalizing, and a much needed change, especially from the suffocating heat wave of summertime.

I woke up today, relaxed from good sleep, with the bright sun rays beaming on my face from the side shutter-covered oblong window in the foyer.
