While getting ready for my morning yoga meetup, I noticed my gray roots are starting to come out, even though I still have color from the last time I colored my overall hair. Now, I have three colors, brown, red and gray. I need to color my gray soon. Maybe later next week. The last time I did my hair was in late May. So, the herbal hair color have lasted for over three month, and there is still color. But my hair has grown out a little, and the grown out hair is gray.
The weather was good this morning. The sky seemed clear. But the group moved to a cement area by the Senior Center. The ground was hard but the poses were more stable because of the flat and hard service. When I arrived home, the sky was cloudy, but more white.
