  • 10 Pull Ups
  • 20 Push Ups
  • 25 Russian twists w/ Medicine ball
  • 20 Sit Ups w/ Medicine ball
  • 20 Sit Ups
  • 30 Jumping Jacks
  • 8 Minute Elliptical fat burn option w/ 2 Minute cool down (155 heart rate)

I enjoyed this workout and I felt really great doing it. I felt so great that I increased the speed to boost the intensity, as well as my heart rate. My heart rate peaked at 169 prior to finishing this workout which made me wonder what were some of my past heart rates while doing much harder workouts than this. Since I felt so good, I recalled what I ate last night, which was fish, macaroni, and mashed potatoes  I got from the hot bar at Mariano’s.  Plus my detox drink that I drink prior to going to bed that consists of apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, honey, and cinnamon, which could have also contributed as well. I have now been drinking this detox drink for 2 weeks now, and since I have been drinking it I have been sleeping very good. I have not lost any weight yet, but if I do not lose any weight the fact that I’m getting a better nights rest outweighs losing weight in my opinion.
