Not 1 person killed by vitamin supplements in 30 years but over the same period, more than 3 million Americans were killed by using prescribed medicine (CORRECTLY). Thanks for commenting.
An excess of most any kind could cause some harm I suppose. I prefer vitamins and herbs to heal what ails me but I do take a few prescription drugs too.
