After Abuse – 122

For example, Paul and Jack ‘escaped’ their abusive father.  Because they wallowed in being the ‘abused children’ although in their forties, they dismissed his advisory  they had been bequeathed a house by their late Grandmother.

They felt so proud to have hung up on their father, ignored his email, etc.

After eight years , after learning their Uncle took the house, they suddenly  realised what they had done.  They would have  great difficulty in staking their claim.  Further, they would have to find the money to repay their Uncle for the improvements he made on the house.

The drama could have been avoided if they behaved as adults and took the steps to gain the property when their Father first advised them.

Their permanent need to blame and retaliate cost them a rather good property.
