As every body know a fresh mind a fresh and new ideas. we mentally tired we should take a complete rest. And we should do such activities that help our mind to keep it fresh. If we want new ideas and want to get more thinking power than we should do so. To keep our mind fresh there are some exercise that we should do daily.
First exercise is that we should enjoy the beauty of nature. We should go to peaceful please, a place where there is no noise. This exercise help our mind to it healthy and it also increase our thinking power.
Second if we are mentally tired and dizzy than we should take rest and sleep. During sleeping we should try to see beautiful dreams.
I think these two exercise help us to built our mind working power.
