Paintdrips
I have always loved this painting because the colors and the flowers were so inviting. It was a pleasure to paint and pleasure to look at. The orange isn’t my favorite but it offset the purple bow, which is my favorite color, so well that I fell in love with the whole composition. Like the angels, I used the wrinkled paper effect and it added a real texture and dimension to the painting it wouldn’t have had otherwise.
