TO MY OCEAN…

TO MY OCEAN…

I’m heading to my ocean

Nobody knows my ocean

My ocean lives in me

On a river that’s outside of me

I’m going to my ocean…

Don’t need no wind chime

Just a voice in the breeze

and the beating of my heart made rhyme,

Every time

at the turn of a circle

Like the dropping of a dime

When the clock strikes one

Something tells me that it’s time…

All along the countryside

I see trees and fields

The glistening of the sunlight

upon the streams that are cooled

by the breeze…

My eyes on

somewhere beyond the horizon

I’m staring at my ocean

Nobody knows my ocean

My ocean lives in me,

Seashells on the seaside

There’s an ocean that’s outside of me,

I’m going to my ocean

I’m heading to my destiny…
