The title refers to the Japanese word for a delinquent girl or boss girl, but in the gang context it only refers to the leader of a girl gang, not any member of the girl gang.

So if this were a JRPG, she'd be the level boss you'd have to fight after you cleared out her gang and had next to no health and used all your special attacks. Speaking of which, you KNOW she has at least one completely obnoxious special move. All the bosses do...

Generally I tend to avoid a unified color balance because it tends to flatten out the image but in this instance it seems to work, so what the hell?
