Nob Hill

This painting was created to try to capture the uneasiness I felt while walking around cities at night. You can not see into the shadows so anyone could be waiting there. This is not the best part of town. It was painted using acrylic paint on canvas, using kitchen roll. The painting has been painted to look rough deliberately and the look is what I set out to achieve, to reflect my mood at that time.
