Jade Masks at the Museum of Fine Arts

Here at the St Pete Museum of Fine Arts in Saint Petersburg, Florida there were some spectacular Jade masks. The top mask is a Mosiac Jade model from the Maya in Guatemala from AD 250-900 probably from a kingly tomb. The bottom Jade Mask is from Olmec, Mexico from B.C. 1200-400. This one preserved the features of the deceased ruler.
