that flickers

does away with darkness

but how expanded

just a bit

a small bit

a tiny land

a few faces

even fewer hands

but look at the swinging beacon

guiding ships

in calm or choppy waters

it throws beam

now, what you wish to be

a flicker or a beacon

for a beacon to be

rise tall

and gather energy

and then shine!
