This time around
season is trite
and thoughts wrought fine
you are caught
with not only hands red
but with buttocks bright
My word, take it from me,
that I would give you a bloody fight
forget past years
when I let things wait
this time bait is in sight
and I would kill alright
no counter offers
can match
your batch
with a label ‘quite dead’
that is what I am
about to write
an obituary
which makes you smile
but gives you pain
and sleepless nights
you are many
but as yet single
clear in sight
because crime unites you all
and portfolio of each one of you
is complete in records
right from ensnaring me
to assuming roles
to manipulating things
to chasing me in teams
operation code red
it is called
while code is red
it is you
who is now in trap
and have no escape
even if it is the
prison walls that you scrape
your nails would be filed
but you can no longer
beguile
your days of subterfuge
are in a fuse
no wire can mend
darkness beckons
be ready for that!
