in stillness

mind still

thinking naught

no moves

everything in a motionless state

except for breath

that

comes from the pit

of stomach

beating gravity

it climbs up

in a gradual hike

not rushing

trot up

up and up

fills the chest

holds

up and up

arrives at mind

oxygenates

all

then to nostrils

where it escapes

only focus

is my almighty

stop!
