I painted this black cat with green eyes with acrylic on canvas. Another one of my old paintings I just found packed away during the move. I am having fun going through my old artwork. I am still missing some, especially my art dolls and materials. I haven’t found those boxes yet, but I really hope I do.
I am not sure if I prefer abstract to more “real” subjects like cats and birds and flowers. I enjoy both. They both take about the same amount of effort. I find abstract to be much more relaxing though. Any painting is satisfying for me, as long as it turns out how I want it to.
