Log Home at the Mountain Village Museum

Here at the Oconalutfee Visitor Center in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park near Cherokee, North Carolina they have the wonderful Mountain Farm Museum. This village is full of small log houses and barns along the Oconaluftee River. This small log home has a kitchen wing, a porch and two stone chimneys. It has large wood shingles on the roof and a half log wooden gutter.
