Log Cabin at New Salem, Illinois

Abraham Lincoln came to New Salem, Illinois in 1830-1887 and tried his trade as a merchant in the local store. He saw and was in many of these log cabins here at historic New Salem 20 miles West of Springfield. I like this early cabin because of the stick chimney.
