There are clearly three elk here. I would say the little two point is taking charge of the situation and keeping watch.I can’t really tell from the picture if the elk facing the opposite direction has antlers. The coloring is certainly dark enough that the first guess would be a bull.
I focused on the elk. My husband focused on the cattails. I don’t know if elk eat them or not. I guess I will have to so more research. It seems like there is alwas more to learn.
