Meditating on My Stroll in May

A couple of days ago, I decided to follow a brown rabbit in my neighborhood. It hops cute, like a squirrel. Watching the rabbit was meditative. It reminded me of Peter Rabbit and the white rabbit in Alice in Wonderland. And, so I wondered like Alice of many things. It suddenly went into the bushes, which looked like a comfy shaded area. I walked through a sidewalk pathway, and I heard a squirrel run into the bushes. (I noticed a fluffy long tail running into the bushes). They both were skittish, but playfully minding their own business in nature, amidst a townhome community. I then looked around me, noticed how lifeless it is, devoid of any human interaction or activity.
