Mud Houses

Hi friends. in the big city area constructing a house of our own is dream for an family. However, when we plan to build a home, many of us are disappointed by the lack of variety in design and construction. Almost all urban houses are concrete box apartments or individual villas with the same concrete material. Are there ways to make your dream house unique, comfortable, eco-friendly and affordable. But in the villages or in the mountains area people how plan their houses. No structure, no design is required for mud houses.

They just get some wood pieces on the size of their required rooms, collect some stones and mud and construct their simple mud house. In the mountains area they prepared their houses as you can see in the picture which is sharing for my virily friends.

  17. We are not building houses from mud here. To me, such homes as in the picture look very boring, without any greenery, big windows. No, I would not like to live in such home. In my home, I love much light. But if people build such mud houses, they probably enjoy them.

  19. It is quite a stunning setting for building a house. I have never seen or lived in a mud house before but I tend to agree, they must be very simple and fairly easy to build. But I am just wondering, when it rains, what happens to all that mud? Or do they put metal rods at evenly spaced interval and then apply the mud? At least that is how concrete is done here… If you know the answer, please let me know. I am very curious…
