Well is the disqualification really over? It is hard to say, I suppose someone could try to sue.
The fact is that Luis Saez made a mistake. The track was muddy, the conditions were awful, the stress intense and he made a mistake. Some mistakes are costly.
As for me, the rules apply especially in the big races.
As for the people who were gambling and betting on the race – that is why they call it gambling. There is no guarantee when you gamble.
