Aundrea Duncan had left her workplace on Friday night when she decided to stop at a McDonald’s fast food restaurant in Reading Ohio to purchase a late night snack before she went home.
Aundrea found out that when she was going to pay the customer service representative for her meal, she found out that she left her wallet back at her workplace which may have been closed for the evening leaving her in a tough spot on how she would pay for her meal.
Enter Jeremiah McDonald-Hemphill who decided out of the kindness of his own heart to pay for Aundrea’s evening meal out of his own pocket.
Aundrea was so moved by the generous act by Jeremiah, that she asked permission to Jeremiah to have his picture taken and his act of kindness on the social media page Facebook which Jeremiah granted Aundrea his permission.
I am sure that Jeremiah will receive will a reward from his employer for his act of kindness for paying for a meal to a customer who made the mental error of forgetting to have her wallet in her possession after leaving her workplace on March 1.
There are good people out there, and they should be reported more often in the news. Great story.
You are correct. Some newscasts have these good stories at the end of the shows.
This is a wonderful act of kindness. Once I cleaned up a table my friend and myself were going to sit at in MacDonalds and a stranger walked up and paid for an ice cream sundae for both of us.
That was so sweet of the stranger to pay for your meals at McDonald’s.
