I started reading the Women’s March Agenda and then I decided it was important to define that word. An agenda is not just an idea according to the definitions I found. It’s a plan.
– a plan of things to be done or problems to be addressed
– the underlying intentions or motives of a particular person or group
“We believe the Women’s Agenda is the first intersectional feminist policy platform. Women’s March convened a group of 70 movement leaders to create this set of 24 essential federal policy priorities that form the foundation of the 2019 Women’s March on Washington and will establish the priorities of our movement over the next two years.”
I am a woman and I am interested in women having rights. I am not sure that is what this movement is about. I am not even sure if it is just about women.
