An odd job worker gets a parade and statue in his honor in Oregon

<a href="https://greshamoutdoorpublicart.com/toddkirnan.php" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Source</a>

This story is interesting since it is not everyday that the town of Gresham Oregon decides to honor a citizen who works odd jobs in the downtown area of Gresham who is just an average person who is autistic and due to his charming personality has gained the love of the people in town.

Todd Kirnan works odd jobs in the downtown section in Gersham from taking out the trash inside a building to delivering supplies to businesses with a smile on a seven day schedule which is just incredible.

What I like about Todd is that he has not allowed his handicap of being autistic to keep him down in the dumps emotionally.

Todd has this belief that by being nice to everyone that he meets in the downtown area is Gersham, he is happy that the people return his happiness which makes it worth for Todd to live his life to the fullest.

Recently the governing body of Gersham decided to honor Todd by having a parade in his honor by having ride in the Batmobile since he is a huge fan of Batman.

Then to top off the events in Gersham, Todd has a statue in his honor that was unveiled as a tribute to his kindness doing his job without expecting a reward.

Congratulations to Todd Kirnan for being a ray of sunshine in our world.
