Still working on sketching faces. It’s my favorite thing to sketch. Sleeping girl on brown paper. I am sketching every day for at least an hour. I am having a lot of fun with it. I’ve also been watching a lot of drawing videos. Some say it can take months or even years to get good. I hope it doesn’t take years! Yikes! But at the rate I’m going, it just might. I have no idea what I’m doing. I’ve had no training at all. Just trying to draw what I see.
I’ve noticed it relaxes me. Maybe this new hobby will be great for therapy. I won’t buy any expensive art supplies until I feel I’ve been showing improvement. So it’s brown paper bags and number 2 pencils for now.
Anything that relaxes you is great. Keep it up!
