The car was parked on Devon Avenue between Lakewood and Magnolia in Chicago, Illinois.
I took the photo using a Panasonic DMC-FZ50 camera and edited it using ACDSee Ultimate 2018. I adjusted the tone curve and the levels, adjusted the lighting and boosted the contrast and clarity. Then I converted it to black and white adjusting the colors and brightness to taste. I also used the clone option in the repair tool to get rid of a distracting shadow.
