Cantaloupe is negative calorie and it is high in vitamin A, vitamin C, and potassium. Cantaloupe also contains dietary fiber, antioxidants, and lots of water.

    • We usually get cantaloupe a few times a year and sometimes have a fruit bowl with cantaloupe and seedless watermelon. Occasionally, we also add honeydew melon.
