For several days, we’d had a steady stream of birds visiting the bird feeder. Therefore, I decided to get some pictures of our feathered visitors. I filled up the bird feeder, cleaned the window, got my camera a ready, and SQUIRREL! Yes, my efforts were thwarted by a squirrel who decided to stage a takeover of the bird feeder. Our uninvited guest emptied most of the contents of the bird feeder onto the ground. While our cat Kili seemed entertained by our furry visitor, I was somewhat disappointed. Nonetheless, I did get a few good pictures of the bandit. “Wanted” posters will be going up soon.
It is very annoying.
