Luminous beaches, Maldives (10/10)

The Maldives is a real paradise for those travelers who dream of idyllic holidays. Palm shade, white sandy beaches, emerald sea water and freshly squeezed juice glass – what can be better, right? However, the rest in the Maldives can also be amazed. At night, on the beaches of Seehoo Island, the water is shinning as if starred. In the dark, the coastline is full of plankton algae, whose cell membranes react to electrical signals and glow. Really fantastic natural phenomenon!
