A spotted lake is a remarkable natural creation in Canada, in the East of British Columbia. This lake is one of the most mineralized water bodies on the planet. It is rich in calcium, sodium, magnesium, and so on. Interestingly, in the summer, when part of the lake’s water evaporates, circles – points are formed from mineral salts. And in each of these circles, the water is a different color – pink, white, greenish or yellow – depending on the concentration of the minerals in the water is greatest.
