Yes, it is a paper mache snowman. It is made around a cardboard roll (big), in order to be a container for small candies. Candies are eaten long ago but the Snowman is still in use. Every Christmas it stands under the Christmas tree, filled with new contingent of candies.
Just keep it out of fireworks and everything will be fine.
Nice, but Im worried about the fire risk.
