Yesterday morning, I had called the Apple number, and I finally got an appointment at Mobile Kangargoo for Monday at 11:40am. I got excited. That evening, the nextdoor neighbor’s dog, who is kind of big but young looking, jumped over the wall separating the backyards. I don’t know how he did it. I didn’t know dogs jumped. He is cute, but he looked scared. I think he was recently adopted. The neighbor came in and got him.
This morning, I drove to Mobile Kangaroo, which was close by, across the street from the John Wayne Airport. When I signed in, I was informed that they don’t do battery replacement on my iphone6. I have to give them my iphone, they mail it to APPLE, and when it returns, they call me and to pick it up and pay $78. I didn’t think it was worth it. If I wanted to mail it in to Apple, I could have done that on my own. I decided to go back home and call APPLE to try to get an appointment at one of the stores.
I called APPLE, and they said to call once a week to see if the stores are open so I can make an appointment. I wonder how long that will take…
It would be quicker to find a freelancer that is able to fix the phone.
there is nothing wrong with the iphone6. the battery is swollen, and I just need a battery replacement. so, i need to wait for the apple stores to reopen so i can make an appointment.
