The horse trailer is used to bring the horse to the race track from the stable which is usually a one hour trip. The service charge is not cheap so the owner of the trailer earns good considering that the trailer needs a driver to be paid as well.
Unfortunately for the horse trailer, horse racing has been stopped for 6 months now due to the corona virus. There is no clear indication when horse racing will be allowed. That means the horse trailer has not been in use for a long time. I hope the driver has other means of livelihood.

That is so so sad. This corona has affected so many livelihoods and I hope it will go away soon.
