Living in an apartment for a time

Most young couples here move to an apartment when they get married. It is a way of having their privacy away from their parents and family. That is a good idea. However, it is not really practical to be renting an apartment for you may not be able to buy your own home. This situation is always a crossroad that is hard to decide.

When we moved to an apartment, my wife said that we would be living there for only a short period until the time we can get a bank loan. But the loan took 7 years before we got approved. Fortunately we were able to buy our own home via that bank loan.
