Using the non-stick pan

We bought the non-stick pan on the first time it came out in the market before the new millennium. It was not good. Our subsequent purchases turned out to be not good enough either. In the last 10 years, we had bought a total of 3 non-stick pans and the last was a ceramic type we bought last year.

Frying is not easy when the food sticks. Unfortunately for the non-stick pans that we have, the chicken drumstick would stick. There seems to be a sticky thing with the skin of the chicken. Now I wonder if it is really the pan or the skin.
