Defying the norm “Birds of a feather flock together” these birds of different species are having a time of their life in our birdbath swimming and frolicking.
The pandemic appears to have created a ‘new normal’ even for flora and fauna. Normally birds of the same species choose to spend time in our birdbath but I was amazed to see so many of different species getting together,
This took me to a hymn
“Let us mingle together, voices joyful and gay, singing hymns to our Mother, tis her own month of May……………” They did chirp all of them together.

I agree. I notice a lot of unusual events (behaviors) among animals.
We do not see peacocks in our garden these days. They must be comfortable in their original habitat
Nothing surprises me in nature. The laws are more liberal there. Maybe we needed just that change.
Whether it is due to pandemic or otherwise nature has certainly changed in many ways.
