Vegetables are cheaper now

One good thing that resulted in the lockdown is the cheaper food particularly vegetables. We are surprised that the selling price in the market has markedly come down so that we can now afford the once expensive vegetables like broccoli and cauliflower.

In the picture is the dish that we call American chop suey. It is our original recipe that is an imitation of the Chinese chop suey. The dish is composed of pork cubes and the vegetables broccoli and cauliflower. Aside from being nutritious, it is also easy to cook so I really like it.
