Avocado is actually not an exotic fruit but I consider it exotic because we seldom buy it when in season. The reason is the many other fruits that are in the market when the avocado is available. It is like the avocado is overshadowed by the luscious watermelon and cantaloupe, the fresh cherries, the lanzones and some other popular fruits.
What we do with avocado is to slice it and scoop it from the rind. Adding sugar and milk is the most popular. Sometimes we crush the avocado slices and freeze it for a homemade ice cream. It has great taste when it gets frozen good. What other ways can you eat avocado? You can ask my grandafather. He mixes avocado slices in his coffee.

I like avacado, but have never tried it in coffee. I wonder what it tastes like. I shall have to try this.
