When a couple has difficulty in getting pregnant, the first suggestion would be to adopt a child. According to some public hospitals here, there are abandoned babies that need a home and legal adoption can make them attain that. It is not easy to adopt a baby or a child though because of the legal requirements. First is the capability of the couple to support the adopted financially. Second is the mental and emotional state of condition if they are worth to be good parents.
Some couples are against adopting a baby for the reason that they do not know the genes. What if the baby grows up to be a criminal? Psychologists would say otherwise, of course, but there are cases of adopted children who abused their parents and there are also cases that parents were killed by the adopted child. What is your take on the issue of adoption?
