The classic house that was the Keepers’ House at the Saint Augustine Lighthouse in Florida had a wonderful porch. This was very large with views of the Lighthouse and toward the sea. The gnarly trees near the porch were beautiful and typical of Florida.

Lighthouses are simply cool. They are protectors.
I wish I had a porch like that where I live. I think they are lovely.
