Buying a new cabinet to be assembled

In this modern time, portability is the name of the game. Buying a cabinet would be in the furniture store so you can choose what you want and it is ready for use. But there is a delivery charge that will add to the cost particularly if the destination is far. That’s how people buy small furniture in the olden days.

Now tables and cabinets are available in the supermarket. There is an assembled version so you can see the real thing. But when you buy, all you get is a big carton box that containes every parts. Yeah, it needs to be assembled. Simple cabinets would take half of your day to finish unless you are good in that department. There are times that buyers would seek help from carpenters or from the staff of the supermarket. But in fairness to the portable furniture, they cost much less.
